Customer Service Agent
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years experience as a customer service representative, be
familiar with CRM software, and be willing and able to communicate in a friendly and courteous manner to
cardholders calling our nerve centre. Priority will be given to those able to demonstrate strong computer
